You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a preferred username and password. All wis77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Rupiah. No currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fees are charged. All displayed balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal thresholds are expressed in Rupiah.
You must notify wis77 promptly if any of your registered contact details change, particularly your email address and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay withdrawal processing or result in your Account being flagged for review.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah with zero platform-side fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wis77 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by wis77, though your bank or e-wallet provider may enforce their own daily or per-transaction limits.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your wis77 Account wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. During periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests to Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to local bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours (WIB). Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits awarded by wis77 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds — and/or a combination of real-money and bonus funds — before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits and any associated winnings expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to your Account. Expired bonus funds are removed from your Balance automatically. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not granted.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules for a specific product, the Game Rules take precedence for matters relating specifically to gameplay outcomes, payout calculations, and in-game mechanics.
All sportsbook bets — including single-match bets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and in-play bets — are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on its current state at the time of disconnection. All completed game outcomes — including those resolved during a disconnection — are final and binding. wis77 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a disconnection caused by the Player's internet service provider, mobile network, or device.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system fault that affects the outcome of any game or bet, wis77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked funds to Players' Accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable malfunction or software error are void and will not be paid out.

You may close your wis77 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat and submitting a formal account closure request. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being satisfied.
